Every house, added floor or renovation in the canton is announced in the Official Gazette (FAO) months before work starts, with the address, the nature of the works and the name of the architect. Almost nobody reads it. FAO Watch reads it for you and tells you the same evening.

Your trade becomes a list of words

You pick your trade, heating, roofing, landscaping, electrical, facades, joinery, and the words the FAO uses for your works come in at once: "heat pump", "roofing", "fence". They were taken from a year of building permit applications. You can remove or add some.

The file and the representative

Enable building-site prospecting in your account. For each application that matched your words, you see the file number, the municipality, the works and the name of the representative, with a link to look them up and an email already written, ready to send from your own mail client. You call the architect before your competitors do.

What it costs

Free trial for 30 days, no card required. Then 5 CHF per month or 49 CHF per year, unlimited keywords, cancel at any time. A single job won pays for years of subscription.
