Hosting

The site, its database and the mail server that carries alerts are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland.

Nature of the service

FAO Watch is a private secretarial service. It reads the Feuille d'avis officielle (FAO), the Geneva Official Gazette of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, and notifies its users by email when one of their keywords appears in it. It is not affiliated with the Republic and Canton of Geneva. It does not reproduce and does not redistribute the content of the FAO: the FAO remains the official source, and it is for the user to consult it there.

Payments

Subscription payments are collected by Stripe. Payment takes place entirely on Stripe's own pages: the service records no bank card data. It keeps the customer and subscription identifiers returned by Stripe, together with the status of your subscription, on which the continuation of your alerts depends.

Links to third-party sites

The service links to two sites it does not control: fao.ge.ch, the official FAO site, and Stripe, where subscription payment takes place. These two links are not the list of recipients of your personal data: that list appears in the privacy policy and also includes the mail server that carries your alerts.

Use of the service is governed by the terms of use. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
